Jones Craig has over 20 years of extensive experience in the financial services and investment management industry. His career began in the legal field, where he established a solid foundation as a prosecutor and civil litigation attorney. During his first decade in law, Jones developed strong litigation and legal strategy skills, quickly standing out in his profession. He later combined his legal expertise with business strategy, transitioning to the financial services industry as a Senior Client Relations Manager. In this role, he was primarily responsible for managing the company's most strategically significant client relationships and developing new business opportunities, fostering deep partnerships with major global financial institutions.
Jones later joined several top hedge funds, holding key positions managing multi-million-dollar long-short strategy funds. He provided clients with comprehensive portfolio strategies and market hedging solutions, gaining extensive experience in investment management and a deep understanding of global equity markets and investment strategies.
Jones was recruited to JOY Group, headquartered in London, as Chief Legal Counsel. Leveraging his rich experience in legal, compliance, and asset management, he provides guidance on legal matters for the group and its subsidiaries, playing a pivotal role in organizational development, strategy formulation, capital raising, and compliance monitoring. During his tenure at JOY Group, Jones successfully led the team in implementing a series of strategic development plans, driving the company’s global expansion and the development of innovative business initiatives.
